Florida State University offers an online curriculum in an Introduction to Resilience.
This 2-hour self-paced course can help professionals gain insight into the principles of resilience and how they apply to everyday workplace situations.
This course describes the different characteristics of resilience and the interacting factors that contribute to a person’s ability to cope with challenges. Professionals will gain evidence-based skills for targeted stress management. This course will equip professionals with breathing, journaling, grounding, and many other activities to help them cope with everyday stress.
Take this lightning course independently or as an elective in our Resilient Strategies for the Workplace Professional Certification. This course is also a great introduction to the topics covered in our Professional Certifications in Trauma & Resilience Level One and Trauma & Resilience Level 2.
